There is a little community several minutes south of LKWD tucked between Ft Lewis and Steilacoom named after the industrialist of the 19th century, DuPont. There is a little coffee place that is fighting the good fight against Mdme S. Taking it's cue from mythology as well, it has a flying horse as it's seal. I found myself here to get away from the deep wagon rutts I have so carefully made for myself. So here I sit.

I have not made it to that one yet. DuPont reminds me of the Truman Show.
Pegaso is a great little shop. The service is swift and helpful and the atmosphere is friendly. Good coffee too.
